- Hazel’s suite & rent/Des requesting to move in to her suite. Said will pay to have his suite fixed up so he can move into suite #5 for dog reasons
- Laundry Schedule – Anneliese is back on her regular day as Hazel has been away. Schedule was redone by Tara and placed at Abbey
- Margaret Popow – Thermostats in her room
- Metal stoppers in units that requested they be put in by Mike (This has been done, Mike had to fix Anneleise’s)
- Tenant’s complaining of drafty windows – (Yvonne has contacted the blind man)
- Margo back in hospital and home again
- Fortis – Some tenants have applied to get AC units (portable). Need landlord consent (forms provided to tenants by fortis – Tara)

– Mike retiring at the end of January, position will be posted in Pennywise asap.
