Old Business:
- Another letter was sent to Front St. Market, ACE & Home Hardware removing Carole Danyluk as a signer for Abbey Manor, and we added Leah Davis as a signer at ACE and Home Hardware only for hot water tank supplies for Abbey Manor
- Installation of another game cam for garbage area
Tenant Matters:
- Strobe lights installed in all 10 units
- Joe had a serious car accident and is back home
- Hazel had a fall and is back home
- Suite #9 – kitchen cupboards & bathroom vanity are all installed – invoice needs to be paid
- Garbage & Recycling – Gail and Yvonne
Staff:
- Updating and sign off of Gary’s Contract for snow removal for Oct. 1/24 – Tara & Yvonne
New Business:
- New Members have come on board – currently 2 vacancies – subject to change
- Elections meeting set for September 23, 2024 – Anne
